InvestmentsForDummiesLikeMe Subhankar does a very good job of explaining charts and posting regular updates.
He also offers subscription service where he would recommend 1 stock per month and follows it every subsequent month.

4. Precision technicals
Precision takes 2 days workshops on technical analysis. They also have a software called "Profision" which provides computerised analysis of stocks and provides recommendation.
